Water Activity Action Group

The Water Activity Group (led by Wendy Pimblett of AstraZeneca and Sheila Judd of GSK) have agreed to produce a series of Technical Guidance Documents on Water Activity which will provide information on all aspects of the use and potential uses of Aw. The documents will benefit existing users who want to justify the use of Aw instead of conventional methods for certain products, and labs that are thinking of purchasing an Aw meter and implementing the test into the lab.
