Conference Sponsorship/Marketing Packages

Exhibit at Pharmigs 2-day conferences and also take part in the 'meet & greet' with the delegates.

Fees: include Conference documentation pack, Delegate list, all refreshments/lunches across the 2 days, entrance into the Conference room to listen to the lectures and attending the gala dinner and dance.

• Sponsorship of Lanyards

Company to supply own logo'd lanyards for Pharmig delegate badges to be attached to.

• Sponsor Lunch/Dinner

Lunch sponsorship to include company logo on signage in the exhibition room where buffet lunch held on both days.

Dinner sponsorship - company logo to be placed on the menu on each table

• Sponsor a Dinner Table (seating b/w 8 and 10 people)

Dinner sponsorship - company logo to be placed on the menu for that table

It will be the responsibility of the Sponsor to ask guests to sit at their table
