According to the Articles of Association of PharMIG, the company is managed by an organising committee comprising:

1. The Honorary Officers or Executive Committee. The Chair and Treasurer positions are electable at the AGM and may be invited to join the Executive Committee as a Director of PharMIG. The Company Secretary and Executive Secretary are non-electable at the AGM and are Directors by the nature of their positions.

2. Committee. Up to 12 members can be elected at an AGM who shall hold office from the end of the AGM. These 12 positions will develop and change as the needs of the organisation dictate.
