Microbiologist Poly Hajipieris first established Pharmig following a conference that saw attending professionals unanimously decide that the existence of an interest group specifically for pharmaceutical microbiology would be in the best interests of the industry. Pharmig was soon born, and we’ve seen huge progress from those humble beginnings.
We have built a huge global community of microbiological experts over the past 30 years and continue to strive for excellence to support continued developments within the industry through training courses and more. Our courses and publications support the science of microbiology and its practical application, and regulatory developments.
